FITNESS MAINTANENCE

INTRODUCTION:-

LEVEL1:-
Sex is optional.
Marriage systems exist.
Majority of the people love to make and have sex.
Only people who are fit give birth to child.
Child care and health Care are important.
Majority of the children born in this world are naturally healthy.
This is because of the child birth awareness campaigns, diet foods, doctor’s prescriptions and through general awareness.

LEVEL2:-
Parents and family people give their
-      Sugar and pressure problems,
-      cash problems,
-       education over load,
-      tests,
-      exams
-      environment problems,
-      science and technology problems,
-      unwanted questions and answering sessions,
-      wrong methods,
-      food problems
-      sleep problems
-      insults
-      voice raising problems
-      awareness problems
-      and give over load to children
-      to disfigure their natural physical and mental fitness, resulting in disorders in physical and mental level.


LEVEL3:-

-      Pocket money,
-      college fees
-       shopping money,
-      book purchases,
-      petrol expenses,
-       transport problem,
-       teen age problems,
-      love affairs,
-       mobile bills

Could be the problems for college level student
Besides, office ,family problem’s and survival pressure.

LEVEL4:-

-      Marriage ,
-      sex,
-      child bearing,
-       home maintenance,
-      drinking,
-      jobs ,
-      business,
-      driving,
-      politics,
-      sending children to school,
-      money problems,
-      sickness,
-      dues,
-      parents family,
-      time schedule,
-      date schedule,
-      losses,
-      deductions,
-      repairs,
-      failures,
-      arguments,
-      fights,
noises
 all could be the reasons for physical and mental illness.

LEVEL5:-
Politics, government, movie industry are already there for support.

LEVEL6:-
Senior citizen’s advises has to be taken by family members to stay healthy for both physical fitness and mental fitness.

This could involve a little bit of psychology but it could be a slow process.


Main steps

The following 10 fitness maintenance steps
could help in maintaining a good physical and mental fitness for any human being
other than some people with special problems.


FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 1:-

A.   MONEY:-

Enough money is required.


FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 2:-


B.   HUMAN BODY:-
Coconut oil massage is good.
        One can also use other oil’s after consultation.

C.   SKIN:-
One can use soaps as many times as possible in the beginning stages. It’s good to take a minimum of 1 bath per day.

D.  HAIRS:-
One can use regular hair washes with coconut oil and shampoo for hair maintenance. Noise making are not advisable.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 3:-

E.        SKIN DISEASES AND CONFUSION:-
Medicines, injections and skin creams can be taken from skin doctors for skin diseases.
General confusion has to be avoided.

 F.    MEDICINE:-
If one feels like having trouble with physical or mental fitness he/she has to visit doctor after consulting friends or family.

 G.    EYE SCARS:-
Sleeplessness results in eye scars below the eyes.
One can use coconut oils, bath soaps, good general face creams, medicines prescribed from doctors and general enough sleeps for rest.
Instead of jogging one always have the option of walking.

 H.   CLEANLINESS:- 
One should have a place for living to be clean.
Ones houses, rooms, clothes, cots, beds, pillows, bed sheets, screen covers, door mats, cleaning /dusting clothes, thing clothes, towels, under garments all has to be clean without dirt.
General fights are not allowed.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 4:-

I                 PHYSICAL EXERCIZES:-
Simple physical exercises can be done for maintaining good health.

J.   NAP:-
One should have enough sleep for standard fitness.
If enough sleep could not be had
 5 -15 minutes breaks or naps should be had
for having a healthy mind or standard thinking.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 5:-

K . YOGA
Basic yoga lessons have to be learnt and yoga should be practiced as much as possible.

L.  STOMACH:-
Diet food is good for health.
Diet food need not be a prescribed one from a dietician but can also be generated on own out of common sense.
Vegetables and fruits are good for health.
Diet food is mainly used to maintain physical and mental fitness.

M.  MEDITATION:-
Many organizations teach the power of meditation and on how to meditate.
So, one should be interested to know about it, learn and follow it correctly.
It’s an advanced stage of fitness.


FITNESS  MAINTANENCE  STEP 6:-

N.  PRAYER SONGS:-
Prayer songs can be sung or heard with prayer song recorded prayer boxes.

O. TEMPLE:-
One can go to temple for prayer and worship.

P. PRAYER LAMPS:-
One can pray by lighting or after lighting prayer lamps.

Q. PRAYING:-
One always has the option of praying.

R. (UDUPATHI):-
One can light Agarbhathis for prayer.

S. (SAMBARANI):-
One can apply sambaranis for cleaning the bad dirt’s in the houses.
T. (KARPURAM):-
One can show karpuram to god for prayer. But, always remember to ask for forgiving the mistakes if any done with prayer.

U. BELLS:-
Prayer bells are good for prayer.

V.  CLEANLINESS:-
One can always clean the house dirt and keep the Prayer place clean.

W. DOMESTIC GARBAGE:-
Domestic garbage blockings can be cleared.

X. SINS:-
Sins can be dissolved.

Y. DOSHAMS:-
Do shams can be cleared by visiting temple.

Z.  TEMPLE VISITS:-
One can take a resolution that he /she should visit temple at least once in a week for prayer.

AA.  VIBUDHI:-
One can practice applying Vibudhi during prayer.

BB. KUNGUMAM:-
One can practice applying Kungumam during prayer.

CC.  SANDHANAM:-
One can practice applying Sandhanam during prayer.

DD.  DAILY PRAYER:-
One can always have the option of praying daily in the morning after bath.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE  STEP 7:-

EE.  JATHAGAM:-
One can preserve the jathagam papers and other old certificates and documents.

FF.  THINGS:-
One can sort things in the houses and can update things in houses by going for shopping.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 8:-

GG. KUDUMBAM:-
One can look after the welfare of the family people.
One can also look after the welfare of servants.
If one has enough money one can donate money for poor people.
Donating for Social services of the society is also an option.

HH. HEALTHINESS:-

Physical and mental fitness are naturally in good condition by nature and one only has to preserve it without violence and anger.



FITNESS  MAINTANENCE  STEP 9:-

II. HELP AND SUPPORT:-
One can donate to others in the form of money or service.

FITNESS  MAINTANENCE   STEP 10:-

JJ. MAN AND WOMEN:-
One can pray as a prayer to be a man if he is a man and to be a woman if she is a woman.

Conclusion:-

1.           Pure:- Human body is a pure one.so, naturally we are healthy.

2.         Intake:- Although wastages are their which comes out of our food intake, we should be a careful in what food we consume.

3.         Fights and noises:- So, based on value based education system and point based education system ,We get pressure, sugar , noises and fights.

4.         Drinking:- Drinking is not allowed means drunkard speeches are not allowed which means confusions are not allowed.

5.         Blasphemy:- Blasphemy is also not allowed.

6.         Prayer:- humanity problems are at stake and so to have physical and mental fitness , based on value based system one has to work out the problem to use polite language and save the pure soul present in the human body.
